Settlement
In case of high price settlement, payment card company may call client to check security.
If abnormal attempt to use stolen card or 3rdparty’s card is found, the order can be held or cancelled at our discretion.
Payment by PC banking, Internet banking, telebanking and visiting bank teller is also available.
Name of orderer and depositor should be identical. Settlement should be implemented within 7 days after order. Otherwise, the order will be automatically cancelled.
Exchange and Return of product
Cases wherein exchange or return of purchased product is possible (Can be processed within 2 weeks after receipt of the product)

If customer changed mind after 2 weeks of purchase
If purchase receipt for the product is missing.
In case of Exchange/Return for the reason of product defect or misdelivery, the delivery charge for exchange or return is free.
If the Exchange/Return is owing to responsibility of customer, delivery charge should be paid by customer (Round trip delivery charge KRW5,000)
